This will be the hardest training you will ever do!
Boot Camp, Crossfit and TRX have nothing on this training. Whatever you are trying to accomplish; lose weight, gain muscle or be better in your sport, this will give you the edge you need!

75% of this training is done outside, and will be limited to FOUR people per month. Protein shake, bananas, coffee & water will be served.

The Runner 4k Program
You will train once a week for 60 minutes, for one month. You be shown how to use weights and why they benefit you. With the Runner 4k Program you will gain explosive power, improved core strength and decrease injuries.
We will also go over your nutrition needs, and provide you a meal plan. This program will forever change the way you look at weight training.
